The special Pokémon edition package of the Galaxy Buds 2 comes with a pair of Buds 2, a separate Poke Ball themed carrying case, and some stickers featuring popular Pokemon characters featuring popular Pokémon characters like Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Jigglypuff, Ditto, Dragonite, Lapras, Eevee, Gengar, and Mew. The Pokémon-themed case is even compatible with the Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds Live. Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 2 Pokémon Edition is available in five color options: Onyx, Olive, White, Lavender, and Graphite for Korean customers. The wireless earbuds have been listed on Samsung’s online store in South Korea for 134,000 Won (or around $105). Although the product is listed, it is not yet available for pre-order or purchase. Also, the exact launch details of the earbuds are unclear as well as there is no information on when they will be available in other markets outside of Korea. To recollect, the wireless Galaxy Buds 2 comes with a dynamic 2-way speaker: an 11mm Woofer and 6.3mm Tweeter in each earbud for “clear, high notes and deep atmospheric lows”. The earbuds also offer ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feature, which can reduce the background noise by up to 98 percent. For battery, each earbud packs a 61mAh battery offering up to 5 hours of continuous playback with ANC on (with the case extending that to 20 hours). Without ANC, the battery life prolongs to 7.5 hours (or 29 hours including the case).
